In response to this, the role of the Building Regulation Advisor has emerged. We bring extensive expertise to this new function, with our team boasting over 50 years of experience in managing complex Building Control projects.

  • An Experienced Team: Pollen Maddox can guide your team through the entire process, liaising with your appointed Building Control Body to address potential areas of concern or compliance issues. From the initial review to the final site inspection, we will work closely with your design team, offering expert advice and ensuring that your project meets all regulatory requirements.
